Whole Grain Whole Wheat Carrot Cake





Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine Whole Wheat Sartaj Flour, baking soda, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and salt. Mix. Blend in oil. Add one egg at a time and beat well after each egg is added. Mix in carrots and vanilla. Put into 2 greased 9” pans. Bake 35 to 40 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into center of the cake comes out clean. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a wire rack. Enjoy!
