100% Whole Grain Whole Wheat Pizza Dough

• 3 cups Whole Wheat Sartaj Flour
• 1 tsp. sugar
• 1 tsp. salt
• 2 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
• 1 cup and 2 tblsp. water
• 2 tblsp. olive oil

Do not stir together ingredients. In bread machine pan, place water, olive oil, Sartaj Flour Flour, sugar, salt and yeast. Before adding the yeast make a little well in the flour using your finger. Then place the yeast in the well. Place pan in Bread Machine and select whole wheat dough cycle.
