100% Whole Grain Whole Wheat Pizza Dough
- 3 cups Whole Wheat Sartaj Flour
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 tsp. active dry yeast
- 1 cup and 2 tblsp. water
- 2 tblsp. olive oil
Do not stir together ingredients.
In bread machine pan, place water, olive oil, Sartaj Flour Flour, sugar,
salt and yeast. Before adding the yeast make a little well in the flour
using your finger. Then place the yeast in the well. Place pan in Bread
Machine and select whole wheat dough cycle.
