Whole Grain Spelt Pizza Dough





Pour oil, baking soda and salt into warm water. Let it sit for a few minutes. In another bowl, put 1½ cups of the flour and other remaining ingredients and mix together. Pour liquid ingredients into the flour mixture and mix with a spoon. Add the remaining one cup of flour and mix. Place dough onto a floured surface and knead well. Place dough in a well greased bowl and let stand for 1 hour. Dough will rise in size but it will not double. Take out of the greased bowl and knead on a lightly floured surface. Divide into two and roll out your pizza dough. Place your toppings on your pizza and cook in a preheated oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
