Whole Wheat Whole Grain Bread

• 4 1/4 cups Whole Wheat Sartaj Flour
• 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
• 2 tsp. salt
• 3 tblsp. nonfat dry milk
• 2 tsp. active dry yeast
• 2 tblsp. vegetable oil
• 1 1/2 cups water

Add ingredients to bread machine baking pan as follows. Water, oil, salt, brown sugar, flour, dry milk. Add the yeast last by making a small well with your finger. Do not go too deep as to touch the liquid. Place pan in bread machine and select �Whole Wheat� cycle. Enjoy!
